North Korea tests new cluster-bomb warhead & carbon-fibre bombs

North Korea has tested a new cluster-bomb warhead fitted to a ballistic missile and an electromagnetic weapon this week, according to state media KCNA. The tests also included carbon-fibre bombs and a mobile short-range anti-aircraft missile system, according to KCNA. Notably, the US used carbon-fibre bombs to disable Iraq’s power grid during the Gulf War in 1991.
