North Korea to expand nuclear arsenal with goal to 'overtake' the world

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has called for major expansion of country's nuclear arsenal "with a goal of overtaking the world," state media reported. This comes days after Kim Jong-un unveiled new uranium enrichment facility capable of producing fuel for nuclear bomb. North Korea is estimated to possess 60 nuclear warheads, making it world's ninth-largest nuclear-armed state by stockpile size.
