The ₹777-crore IPO of Northern Arc Capital is open for subscription from September 16 to September 19 at a price band of ₹249-263 per share. Investors can bid for a minimum of 57 shares and in multiples thereafter. Ahead of listing, the unlisted shares of the NBFC were reportedly trading at a premium of ₹158 in the grey market.
