Northern Arc Capital shares debut at 33% premium to IPO price

Shares of Northern Arc Capital made their debut on stock markets on Tuesday at 33% premium over its IPO price of ₹263. The shares were listed at ₹351 on BSE and ₹350 on NSE. The listing premium is however lower than the 50% reported grey market premium ahead of the listing. The NBFC's ₹777-crore IPO was subscribed over 111 times.
