Northern lights to be strongest in a decade in March, October 2024

Aurora borealis, aka northern lights, will shine brightest in a decade in 2024 and 2025, particularly during equinoxes in March and October. The lights are a result of interaction of particles from the Sun with Earth's atmosphere. The brighter lights will be caused by Sun's 'solar maximum', which happens every 11 years and is set to happen from January-October 2024.
