Norway battling sickness bug before World Cup quarter-final vs England

Norway have been battling illness in their camp ahead of FIFA World Cup quarter-final against England in Miami. Manager Stale Solbakken said Jorgen Strand Larsen had fever, while Marcus Holmgren Pedersen missed the Brazil win due to a bug. He added there had been "coughing and rasping" across the 50-plus-member travelling group of players and staff.
