Norway's Klaebo becomes 1st athlete to win 6 golds at single Winter Olympics

Norway's Johannes Hoesflot Klaebo completed his historic gold medal sweep of the men's cross-country skiing events at the Milano Cortina Winter Olympics 2026 on Saturday, winning his sixth race. With the victory, he set the record for the most gold medals by one athlete at a single Winter Olympics. Hoesflot broke speed skater Eric Heiden's record of five gold medals.
