Not a single word of apology: SC as NCERT apologises for section on 'judiciary corruption' in textbooks

After NCERT regretted its error and apologised for the "corruption in judiciary" content in Class 8 book, the Supreme Court said, "There's not a single word of apology in NCERT's communication." Appearing for Centre, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta said, "We tender an unconditional apology." "It's my duty to find out who is responsible; heads must roll," CJI Surya Kant said.
