Not a stampede: Police as several injured in overcrowding at Pune fort

Police said no stampede occurred at Pune's Shivneri Fort after several people got injured in overcrowding at the fort on Wednesday night. "One of the devotees slipped, and due to this, more people fell on the stairs and...got injured," Pune Rural SP Sandeep Singh Gill said. People had gathered at the fort to celebrate birth anniversary of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.
