Not a wise decision: Shashi Tharoor on K'taka job quota bill

Congress MP Shashi Tharoor on Friday criticised his party's government in Karnataka over its job quota bill, which aims to reserve private jobs for locals. "That was not a wise decision. If every state brings such a law, it would be unconstitutional," Tharoor said. "I don't know why Karnataka thought of it, on what basis," he added.
