Not acceptable: CJP as SC orders that only protesters without criminal past to be released

CJP spokesperson Saurav Das said that if Supreme Court is saying that people who have FIRs against them shouldn't be released, then it's not acceptable. SC ordered release of CJP protesters who don't have a criminal past. "We never said if anyone is a minor, then they should be released...or not to release anyone who's named in FIR," Das said.
