Not going to sit back and accept mediocrity at PBKS: Ricky Ponting

Newly appointed PBKS head coach Ricky Ponting said he won't sit back and accept mediocrity at the IPL franchise. "[Tenure with] PBKS is a fresh start. Everything for me has to be perfect and fall into place [regarding] coaches and support staff," he added. Notably, Ponting is PBKS' third head coach in four seasons. PBKS finished ninth in 2024 season.
