Elon Musk has expressed concern over silver prices hitting record highs, saying, "This is not good. Silver is needed in many industrial processes." He reacted to an X post about China's upcoming restrictions on silver exports. The precious metal crossed the $79 per ounce mark for the first time on Friday, up from around $29 at the start of 2025.
