Not heinous crime: JJB on rejecting plea to try Porsche crash accused as adult

Juvenile Justice Board (JJB), while rejecting Pune Police's plea to try 17-year-old accused who rammed his Porsche into a bike as an adult, said the offence doesn't qualify as a "heinous crime". Notably, the two people who were riding on the bike, died in the incident. The accused was driving car in an inebriated state at the time of accident.
