Not in race to become Kerala CM, elected MLA should take post: Tharoor

Ahead of Kerala elections, Congress MP Shashi Tharoor said on Thursday that he is not a chief ministerial probable as he is not a candidate in polls. "I am not for all sorts of good reasons, including the fact that I am not a candidate," he said. "Ideally, CM should be picked from one of the elected MLAs," he added.
