Not my decision: Jay Kotak on whether he would lead Kotak bank

Jay Kotak, son of Kotak Mahindra Bank's ex-CEO Uday Kotak, in an interview, said it wouldn't be his decision to lead the bank if the position opens up in a few years. "The top job in any large firm...is always on merit," he stated. "[The decision] has to be what is right in...interest of all stakeholders," he added.
