Not of use amid cyclone we're facing: Mahindra on permeable road

Anand Mahindra shared a video of permeable pavement made of water-absorbing asphalt. The video showed that the asphalt is made without sand, allowing water to sieve through and enter groundwater. Since water won't collect below asphalt, road won't develop potholes, the clip showed. "Impressive…[But it] won't be of any use during the kind of cyclone flooding…we've been experiencing," Mahindra said.
