Not right to say without proof: UP Police when asked if Seema Haider is a Pak spy

When asked if Seema Haider, the Pakistani woman who entered India illegally for her lover was a spy, UP Police's Prashant Kumar said, "It's not right to say anything unless there is sufficient proof." Kumar, who is the Special DG (Law and Order), also said the case is related to two nations and all agencies are working on it.
