Not talking to spouse for days not cruelty: Supreme Court

The Supreme Court acquitted a man in his wife's suicide case, ruling that not talking to her for 13 days cannot by itself amount to cruelty. It said differences are part of married life and may lead to non-communication. It added there was insufficient evidence of cruelty in the case, which both trial court and Madras HC overlooked.
