Not vishwa guru, India has become vishwa bhikhari: Congress leader

Punjab Congress chief Sunil Jakhar said that instead of becoming "vishwa guru" that PM Modi talks about, India has become "vishwa bhikhari". "[PM Modi] talks about $5 trillion economy...We're seeking help from everywhere. Now every day, we're watching planes coming with oxygen. It reflects poor management," said Jakhar.
