Not war on Taliban, but Afghan people: Ex-diplomat on Pak strike

Ex-Afghan diplomat Zhardast Shams said Pakistan's actions are not aimed at the Taliban but at Afghanistan itself after Kabul strike. He claimed Islamabad is waging a war against Afghan people & attempting to destabilise the country by fuelling internal divisions. According to Shams, Pakistan hopes to trigger civil conflict, but he believes Afghans overwhelmingly oppose Pakistan's aggression.
