None of the Above (NOTA) gives you the right to reject all candidates if you think they are not deserving. But even if NOTA secures the highest votes, the candidate getting the remaining votes will win. It will be beneficial when the Election Commission conducts re-election in a constituency where NOTA gets a certain share of votes.
