Note-taking app Evernote to be acquired by app maker Bending Spoons

Note-taking and task management app Evernote has announced that it is set to be acquired by Milan-based app developer Bending Spoons. While the terms of the acquisition weren't made public, Evernote CEO Ian Small said the transaction is expected to close in early 2023. Bending Spoons is behind mobile apps like the video editor Splice and image editing tool Remini.
