The Supreme Court on Monday refused urgent hearing of a plea by CBI officer Manish Kumar Sinha, who investigated special director Rakesh Asthana, saying, "Nothing shocks us." Sinha sought quashing of his transfer to Nagpur in Maharashtra. Sinha's lawyer had told the judges that he wanted to bring some "shocking facts" to the top court.
