Notice issued to MCD on girl's gang-rape by school peon & 3 others

Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) has issued a notice to MCD and the Delhi Police after a 10-year-old Class 5 girl student of an MCD-run school in Ghazipur was gang-raped by a school peon and three others. "If girl...isn't safe even in school then where's she?" DCW chief Swati Maliwal questioned. Meanwhile, NCPCR has also taken cognisance of the incident.
