Notices sent to SRK, Akshay & Ajay over 'gutka' ads: Centre to Allahabad HC

The Centre informed the Allahabad High Court, which was hearing a contempt petition, that notices have been issued to actors Akshay Kumar, Shah Rukh Khan and Ajay Devgn in connection with advertisements they do for gutka companies. The petitioner had originally argued that action must be taken against actors for such advertisements. The next hearing would happen in May.
