Novak Djokovic becomes oldest tennis player to win men's singles Olympic gold medal

Twenty four-time Grand Slam champion Novak Djokovic defeated four-time Grand Slam champion Carlos Alcaraz 7-6(7-3), 7-6(7-2) in men's tennis singles final at Paris Olympics. With this, he bagged his first-ever gold medal in Olympics. He became the oldest tennis player to win men's singles Olympic gold medal at 37. He had bagged bronze in the Beijing 2008 Olympics.
