NPCI launches Hello UPI, UPI Tap & Pay, LITE X and other features

NPCI on Wednesday launched 'Hello UPI' along with multiple other features with the aim of hitting two billion transactions/day by 2030. Hello UPI will allow users to engage in conversation with their smartphones to process transactions. Other features launched on Wednesday include UPI LITE X, which will let users pay even without network availability, and UPI Tap & Pay.
