NRI arrested at Delhi airport for raping woman he met online

A non-resident Indian was arrested from the Delhi airport for allegedly raping a woman he had met on a matrimonial site in 2017, the police said on Friday. The accused, Ravinder Singh from Punjab, also promised the woman he would marry her but instead left for the UK. He was arrested after he returned to India to meet his family.
