NSA Ajit Doval visits Saudi Arabia amid energy disruptions caused by Middle East war

India’s NSA Ajit Doval travelled to Saudi Arabia to assess the regional situation amid the Middle East conflict and support India’s energy security efforts. Doval met Saudi Arabia’s Energy Minister, Foreign Minister and NSA. Saudi Arabia is among India’s top energy suppliers, along with Russia and Iraq. The visit comes amid disruptions caused by closure of Strait of Hormuz.
