NSA Doval visited Russia thrice, will he come to Ukraine: Minister

Asking Indian leaders and officials to visit Ukraine, First Deputy Foreign Minister Emine Dzhaparova said, "National Security Advisor Ajit Doval [went to] Moscow three times...it is a matter of question if he would come to Kyiv." Dzhaparova, who is on a four-day visit to India, said, "We see the role of India as Vishwaguru."
