NSA, FBI expose Russian hacking malware 'Drovorub'

The US' National Security Agency (NSA) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) revealed that they found a hacking malware called Drovorub on Linux-based computers, deployed by Russian intelligence agency GRU. This was done as part of its cyber espionage operations, they claimed. "The malware has the potential to have a widespread impact if network defenders don’t take action," said NSA.
