NSE bars Yes Securities from onboarding new clients for 3 months

NSE has barred Yes Securities from onboarding new customers for three months and imposed a ₹1 lakh fine for violations related to upfront margin collection and penalty recovery practices, as per a disciplinary order. It has been accused of repeatedly passing peak and upfront margin penalties of up to ₹18.31 lakh to clients, which violated exchange and SEBI regulations.
