NSE closing auction sees ₹39,921 crore turnover on MSCI changes

The NSE's closing auction session saw record activity on Monday as investors traded stocks affected by MSCI's India index changes, with turnover reaching ₹39,921 crore. The session made up 22% of NSE's total cash market turnover and attracted over 98,000 investors, with activity 42 times higher than the previous session. Nine of 17 affected stocks hit the 3% trading limit.
