NSE IPO may raise ₹30,000 crore at ₹5 lakh crore valuation: Report

The NSE IPO could raise ₹30,000 crore by selling a 6% stake, giving the exchange a valuation of around ₹5 lakh crore, CNBC-TV18 reported. SEBI has approved the IPO, with NSE likely to announce its price band on September 11 and target a September 25 listing. Public sector firms, private equity investors and investment banks are among the selling shareholders.
