NSE may file IPO papers by June, expected to list in Dec: Report

The National Stock Exchange (NSE) is likely to file its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) for an initial public offering (IPO) before the end of June this year, with preparatory work currently underway, CNBC-TV18 reported, citing sources. The exchange will likely get listed in December this year. It is considering diluting a 4-5% stake via an offer-for-sale in its IPO.
