NSE set to file IPO draft papers with SEBI next week: Report

National Stock Exchange is expected to file its draft prospectus (DRHP) for its IPO with SEBI next week, PTI reported. The move follows board approval received in February after the exchange secured the regulator's no-objection certificate. The proposed public issue will be entirely an offer for sale, with no fresh shares being issued.
