Nuclear agency IAEA-like body to govern AI is a good idea: Altman

OpenAI CEO Sam Altman said a watchdog for advanced AI systems like the nuclear body International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) is a compelling idea. "The body can say 'If you have one of the 10 systems in the world that is over this threshold, you're going to have the equivalent of weapons inspectors'," he said at the Stanford University.
