Nurpur councillors demand probe into ₹22 lakh e-tenders

Three BJP-backed councillors of Municipal Council Nurpur approached the local SDM on Friday, objecting to e-tenders issued on October 17 for 11 development works worth ₹22 lakh. They alleged the process lacked transparency and that elected representatives were not informed. They demanded an inquiry and fresh tenders. The SDM assured complaints would be reviewed.
