Nurse lit matchstick while connecting oxygen cylinder's pipe: Eyewitness on Jhansi fire

An eyewitness to the fire at a Jhansi hospital, that killed 10 newborn babies, has claimed that the reason behind the blaze was a matchstick that was lit by a nurse while connecting an oxygen cylinder's pipe. "As soon as the matchstick was lit, the entire ward caught fire," Bhagwan Das said. As per reports, the fire alarms didn't work.
