NY Guv orders flags raised to full-staff for Trump's inauguration
New York Governor Kathy Hochul has ordered all flags in the state to be raised to full-staff for US President-elect Donald Trump's inauguration. Flags are currently flying at half-staff across the country to mark ex-President Jimmy Carter's death. "Regardless of your political views, the American tradition of the peaceful transition of power is something to celebrate," the Democratic leader said.
