NY's highest court refuses to delay Trump's hush-money sentencing

New York's highest court has refused to delay the sentencing in US President-elect Donald Trump's hush-money case. The sentencing is scheduled for January 10, despite Trump’s legal team seeking emergency relief. Trump, who was convicted on charges involving hush money paid to a porn star Stormy Daniels, has also approached the Supreme Court to halt his sentencing.
