Nykaa plans to go public later this fiscal year at a valuation of $4.5 billion, according to people directly aware of internal discussions. Earlier reports said Nykaa would go public at a valuation of over $3 billion. The increase in valuation is reportedly due to a rise in company revenue and profit as customers continue to shop online during COVID-19.
