NZ lawmaker admits to leaking COVID-19 patient details to media

New Zealand's opposition National party lawmaker Hamish Walker admitted to leaking the details of coronavirus patients in the country to the media last week. "I did this to expose the government's shortcomings," Walker added. The acting chief executive of Auckland Rescue Helicopter Trust, Michelle Boag, admitted to using her position to access and pass on the private information to Walker.
