NZ players don't need coaches telling them what to do: Ponting
Ahead of New Zealand-South Africa T20 World Cup semi-final, ex-Australia skipper Ricky Ponting praised New Zealand's strong cricketing culture. He noted that coming from a small cricketing nation, their players often grow up playing together. "Quite often, [the players] don't need coaches coming along and telling them what to do...They'll have little discussions about their own game," he added.
