NZ PM wears traditional Māori cloak to Buckingham Palace

New Zealand's Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern wore a traditional Māori cloak during the Commonwealth dinner at the Buckingham Palace. Ardern's outfit represented her country's indigenous Māori population. "I think it shows how she is portraying herself as a leader of Māori, of all of New Zealand," said Mark Sykes, guardian of Māori special collections at New Zealand's national museum.
