New Zealand's Jimmy Neesham slammed Nepal Premier League (NPL) team Pokhara Avengers over unpaid wages. Avengers congratulated Neesham for taking three wickets in an over in T20 World Cup final against India, after which Neesham commented, "Cool, pay your players." According to reports, the franchise later promised Neesham that they would pay him.
