NZ's COVID-19 isolation facilities under 'extreme stress': Govt

New Zealand's isolation facilities are under "extreme stress" and have failed to keep pace with the increased volume of returnees, a government review revealed. PM Jacinda Ardern ordered the review after two coronavirus positive women were allowed to leave a facility without being tested. They were New Zealand's first COVID-19 cases after it declared itself COVID-19 free on June 8.
