Obvious for boys to stare at girls: NCP MP to teen schoolgirl

After a teenage schoolgirl asked him what girls should do if someone stares at them, NCP MP Udayanraje Bhosale responded, "If boys wouldn't stare at girls, then whom should they stare at? It's quite obvious for them to do so." Bhosale added, "That doesn't mean he can do anything- if some boy does something like this he should be punished."
