Oceanfront home with own cinema, spa sells for record $177 million in US

An oceanfront Malibu home that comes with its own cinema and spa has been bought by billionaire venture capitalist Marc Andreessen for $177 million (₹1,326 crore), The WSJ first reported. The property spans seven acres on two lots, while the main house is 10,000 sq feet and includes two guesthouses. It's the second most expensive property sold in the US.
